Director, Product Management (Network), Asia Pacific
Chris Rezentes is the Director of Product Management (Network) for CenturyLink Asia Pacific. In his role, he leads the regional product strategy, P&L, and roadmap for CenturyLink’s network products including IP, Ethernet, Wave, SDN, NFV, Cloud Connect, CDN, and Collaboration solutions. Prior to joining CenturyLink, Chris was the Regional Manager at Verizon Technology and Network Planning for South East Asia before leading Verizon’s Asia Pacific Product and Partner Strategy group in 2014. During this time, Chris led a team instrumental in the planning and implementation of new MPLS / IP hubs across the region. He was also overseeing the strategy and expansion of Verizon’s fiber network in Singapore, which doubled in size after his arrival.
Epsilon Co-Founder and CEO Jerzy Szlosarek is a seasoned industry executive with a strong sales and engineering background particularly in the global telecom markets. Leading Epsilon’s worldwide partner development and innovation initiatives, Jerzy has been central to the company’s success positioning Epsilon into Service Provider Networks worldwide. Jerzy’s track record of success spans almost twenty years having progressed in Epsilon from the founding days as CTO during which Jerzy laid out the technical vision to running the Global Sales and Operations teams as COO before assuming the CEO position. Starting off his career at Ciena, EMEA and later in Dynegy Europe holding Senior System and Network Engineering positions, Jerzy built, developed and nurtured successful technology, support and sales teams for almost 20 years.
Toshal Dudhwala leads the global Business Development and Partnership team for Nuage Networks from Nokia. In this role Toshal actively engages with Service Providers as well as Strategic Partners to develop and execute go-to-market strategy for managed SD-WAN services including sales enablement, co-marketing and solution positioning. Before joining Nuage Networks Toshal led product management for NEC’s ProgrammableFlow SDN solution and previous to that led product management at Ixia on their Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Data Center solutions. Toshal brings over 15 years’ experience in product management and business development on both Service Provider and Enterprise networking and software solutions. He holds a master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Monash University (Melbourne, Australia) and is currently an MBA candidate at Gies College of Business, University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
VP, SD-WAN Solutions
Senior Analyst Brianna Boudreau joined TeleGeography in 2008. She specializes in market and pricing analysis of wholesale and enterprise network services with a regional focus on Asia and Oceania. Brianna has helped to develop and launch several new lines of research for TeleGeography, including our Ethernet Pricing, Cloud and WAN Infrastructure, and SD-WAN research services. She holds a B.A. in International Studies and M.A. in International Communications from American University in Washington, DC.
Principal Analyst Erik Kreifeldt tracks the global market for enterprise and wholesale network services for TeleGeography, and he co-chairs the WAN Summit conference series on corporate wide-area network management. Before joining TeleGeography in 2006, Erik was an optical networking industry analyst with RHK, following editorial roles at industry publications including the Optical Society of America, where he covered the first commercial DWDM systems. He holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a B.A. from Penn State.
Elizabeth Thorne is a research analyst focusing on enterprise networks with Telegeography. Elizabeth’s work includes market analysis of corporate wide area networks and SD-WAN deployments for the WAN Manager Survey and managing the WAN Manager Digest. She helps organize the global WAN Summit series. Elizabeth earned a B.A. in International Studies at American University in Washington, D.C.

Anoop Mohanan is a Technical Solution Architect who enables global enterprises to design infrastructure solutions that meet digital business and application requirements. With more than 15 years of experience in solution design, technology management, operations management and team leadership profiles across various domains of telecommunications, Anoop has a balanced mix of technical and business skills. Most recently he has aided global businesses in a range of industries, including logistics, media advertising, manufacturing, real estate, research & consulting, to modernize their network infrastructure, including managed SD-WAN and Cloud adoption.

Daryl is an experienced IT professional with more than 20 years in infrastructure and business relationship management. Based in Singapore, he is currently responsible for global WAN architecture in Cargill Inc., His work includes driving roadmap, strategy and projects to deliver new WAN capabilities for Cargill globally. With both technical and business background, Daryl has been instrumental in driving change in Cargill’s enterprise network during past few years. In championing this change, Daryl led global RFP initiatives, involving various global and regional telecoms providers. Continuing the journey, Daryl is next looking at developing SD WAN solutions for global adoption in Cargill.

Michael Becerra is an IT Professional with 17+ years of experience working in the Information Technology field and has been with DHL since 2005. He is currently the Head of Network Architecture & Product Management based out of Singapore and is responsible for developing architecture, standards, roadmaps, risk mitigation and service introduction across Data Networks and Network Security for DHL globally. He is a key contributor to group-wide Telecoms governance bodies with the mission to provide technical guidance and leadership in order to maintain cost effective, cohesive and sustainable service offerings. Additionally, he acts as technical lead for telecoms optimization sourcing initiatives drafting technical requirements, evaluating suppliers and participating in negotiations. Currently his focus is the architecture and introduction of Hybrid WAN, Network Access Control and Segmentation services.
Lucas Goh is a seasoned IT executive with years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure management at global manufacturing companies. Lucas currently is the IT Director for Infrastructure and Operations at Volex and is responsible for design, deployment, configuration and maintenance of the entire IT Infrastructure landscape and operations across the Volex group of companies.With his business experience and having a well certified IT technical background, Lucas provides unique insights and explanations of making business and logical sense of IT investments and initiatives. Prior to joining Volex, Lucas served as the Global IT Infrastructure Manager of Caterpillar Propulsion.
